Progaic Excersises

There have developed three categories of Proga in order to meet the demands of the Proga community and to accommodate the practice for individuals who may not be able to perform some of the more physically demanding instances.

A unit of a session of Proga is refered to as an instance of Proga. The instances generally fall under one of three categories:

Keep Your Shirt On Proga deals with mental exercises, difficult to answer or unanswerable questions, equations, jokes, seated meditations, light floor stretches, trans-personal psychology, time travel, astral projection, recovery from addiction, as well as learning about diet and networking with other Proga Practitioners.

Kick Your Heels Up methods explore standing stretches, calisthenics, warm-ups, fitness challenges, massage, energy work, music and games.

Last but not least, Take Your Hat Off Proga is the high energy, transformative, sometimes loud, brightly colored, shiny, mind buckling adventures that everyone can benefit from. If you haven’t laughed today, I task you with finding yourself doing so at least once today. You deserve that.
