I am crestfallen to report that Oceanside High School Alumni and former San Diego Super Charger Junior Seau has committed suicide only moments ago. I heard about it on the radio while my kids and I were on our way home for lunch. It is very sad and serious when someone is upset enough to end their own life. I would encourage any readers out there to seek professional help if they are feeling listless, sad, angry or out of sorts. It is worth it to have at least one other confidant to express your true feelings.
To thee our hearts are tied.
